About The Event
Olyphant has a lot going on for Third Thursday on December 16, 2021 Come to Olyphant and enjoy shopping for the Christmas Season.
#1 " Ugly Christmas Sweater" contest will be held at "Keystone Stage: 125 Lackawanna Ave. with registration by 6:30 p.m. and judging at 7:30 p.m. Categories for the ugly Christmas sweater: Most Festive, Ugliest Construction and Best interactive. Open to the public!!! The winners will receive gift certificates from Olyphant businesses.
#2. Santa Claus will meet and greet children, starting at 5:30-7:30 p.m.at the Excelsior FireHouse, Hose Company, across the street from the Queen City Train station/railroad tracks, Olyphant, PA. Parents are welcome to take their own photos of this event. Cookies and hot cocoa will be available.
#3. Help decorate the Olyphant Borough Christmas Tree. Bring an ornament and decorate the Christmas Tree at the Square (By the Queen City Train Station)
#4 Shop Local: The Olyphant stores/restaurants will host their own sales, raffles, and deals and "Sip and Shop" Ask for the Queen City "Passport" Card from participating businesses, on December 16, 2021 (only) visit each one to get stamped (by all stores listed) enter into the raffle to win gift certificates from the Olyphant merchants.
